Politician's hairstyles are NOT news

I've been a bit out of touch with the world this week (I'm looking at you, faulty laptop power cord), but I thought this was worth mentioning:

Attention Huffington Post: Sarah Palin's hairstyle has nothing to do with her politics or the presidential election. It is not news-worthy or interesting.

Stop posting slideshows of her with her hair up compared to her hair down.

That is all.

    Ugh.

    But isn't hair, like, one of the only things us women care about? So wouldn't that make it qualify as news? Right? Right?
